I’m trying to figure out what I want to do next. nothing has worked out and I have made probably every bad business mistake you can think of.
My question is if you were going to start all over again from square one with no capital what type of business would you choose to build?

Something with a subscription model! Think about the everyday pain points you experience, and pay close attention to any pain points people mention to you in passing.
Get curious and let the ideas start building. Keep a list and see which ones become more interesting to you over time. Good luck :)
