Honestly anything these days can be started with very little cash.
Ecom, an agency, an AI tool, a course, social media channels, basically anything can be done in the internet world with very little to no money.
Depending on your job you have a few options. Personally I reckon finding a income stream where you only have to manage is the best.
For example if you manage rental properties for landlords you only need to spend 4-5hrs a week and you’ll get a steady income stream.
Only downside is you need to find people willing to hire you based on no experience

Online businesses are generally inexpensive - even without tech experience. You just need some grit to learn how to build them or have a little capital to pay someone to.
If your willing to put the time in - there are tons of potential business ideas on theproblemindex.co - solving a real problem, even for a small number of people, can turn into a solid side business. It’s not easy though and you have to do your research to find a problem multiple people have to sell it.
