Hi all,

I’m starting a partnership with my friend for building a cafe business. I want to create a partnership agreement as I believe it will help prevent ruining our friendship in the long run.

2 things though,

What sort of agreements would you include in the partnership? - I’m thinking voting rights, in cases where one of us dies? From your experience what would you have wished to have written on your agreement?

How do I explain to my friend/ partner that I want them to sign the partnership agreement (obviously with their input over it), that it’s a good deal too. I feel like he’ll say it’s too early for that?
