Do y’all see value in business cards still, or see it as mostly antiquated?

If you do use them, why and what kind of value do you get out of them? Bonus points if you show us yours. Even more bonus points if it has a subtle off-white coloring, a tasteful thickness, and, oh my God, a watermark.

I have some, but I just give them to people when they want my contact information.
They don’t have any other purpose for me.

I only find them useful when I am going in an event of meeting people. otherwise in this digital word there is no use. These days we have digital cards so which is also helpful.

Only use them to help others connect with me on LinkedIn.

Remember, if you do use them and when you give them to a person, let them take it than ask for it back so you can write something on it eg different number, email address, happy face…whatever you want. This increases the chance they will keep it and not throw it away.

I have them for two reasons, one trade shows (we have a note section on the back so I can make quick notes), and second for cold calling if I just stop by a brewery I can leave my card.
