How do you manage the photos of parcels that serve as proof of complete dispatch from the warehouse? What would be the easiest solution? My email storage space is constantly full and I want to avoid employees deleting emails with the parcel photos.
Should I switch to a cloud solution or store the photos on an external device, such as an external hard drive?

having a specific email for that to all go to works wonders ya know, then just batch download all the data to clean out the server.
Depends on the value of the pictures and how long you really need to keep them.
I’d probably set up a network attached server (NAS) with RAID 5. Would cost a few hundred and an afternoon.
