I own a retail store and I’m looking for a software to help collect more Google Reviews.

I would like to be able to upload a CSV file of unique customers every 2 weeks. Our point of sale collects a customer’s phone number and email if they sign up for an account with us.

Once the customer’s information is uploaded, I would like the software to send a text or email asking the customer to leave a review.

I would like there first to be a “filtering page”, where the customer rates their experience 1 through 5 stars. If the customer rates the experience 3 stars or under, I would like the software to direct them to a page where they can provide feedback that gets sent to my email.

If they rate us 4 stars and above, I would like the customer to get sent to the Google Review page.

I’m looking to spend under $100 a month, and there will be between 500 to 1,000 review requests a month.

I signed up for a trial for “ReviewTec” which seems to check a lot of the boxes, however I don’t think there is a way to upload customer data in bulk. That is a deal breaker, because I don’t want to manually enter in 1,000 records a month (I might as well just send customers emails individually then).
