But if your place is work opens at 9am and they’re delivering at 4am lol?

We get multiple daily calls from customers who are mad we “missed” their 4am delivery when we open at 10am. Not only is it posted on our front door, Google Maps, and with all delivery services, but we put it in the delivery instructions for each package. They don’t care because they aren’t paid enough to care.
