Hello!

Recently I’ve built https://chatspell.co/ which is Slack-integrated Live Chat software dedicated for early-stage startups. My plans is to create a software with three pillars:

- customer chat (later integrated with AI)

- ticket management

- feature requests something like canny

Combining these three components means startup gets completely end to end platform for iterating feedback. I didn’t see that in competition. Also my advantage is that Chatspell is strongly connected to Slack.

However I have problem with getting any interested people into that. Google Ads are not working, because often people searches for s*x chat, not Live Chat software. Facebook Ads - there was visits, but no signups. What do you think, where can I market my app?

I would make it clear how you plan to monetize. Like show the pricing for the add on that is coming soon. Otherwise it’s just sketchy, like I’d be worried it’s just a data grab

This is where some up front validation is handy. You have an assumption that slack is what everyone would want, but do you have any data on this?

    Would other integrations be beneficial?

What’s the feedback you’re getting when speaking to companies about this?

Is this a problem that people are trying to solve?

It looks like it could be useful in your future plans, but really honing your value proposition as to what problem you’re solving for the startups would help on your marketing I think.
