I thought I would create a thread for anyone who owns a clothing boutique. It would be a great way to share ideas and communicate with fellow boutique owners! I currently own a clothing boutique in a small town and am wondering how i can draw in business in terms of hosting specialty events?

For example we host a “Galentines event” every year in February and have a huge turnout serving wine and selling cute valentines related apparel!

I would love any examples or just general conversation about boutiques (:

    Not a boutique owner but some ideas -

    • Host local businesswomen networking groups. That works well for some of the boutiques near me.
    • Sip & Shop - serve some champagne - people tend to buy more when they are buzzed.
    • some kind of local artist/holiday pop up?
