Hey folks, I’m a software engineer turned founder looking to spend the next few months talking to and helping fellow business owners who I have always enjoyed working with.
What are current frustrations in your day to day processes?
Would love to hear about current challenges you’re facing, including:
- customer support
- sales outreach
- managing finances
- scheduling etc.
I hope I or some others can assist with some advice, or this might help me with further investigations into discovering current opportunities for a new product/service.
Help me to help you!
The cost of credit card processing
Facts. Seems to be accepted on the “costs of doing business” but can really eat into margins, what business/industry are you in? These can sometimes be negotiated
Apps or programs and getting employees to use those is more often the struggle. That’s why legacy programs are still huge, training is needed and that takes labor.
Need something all-in-one that’s good, doesn’t have to be great. With a price that doesn’t make you feel like if the code was copied and pasted I could save $650 a month. Doesn’t mean it needs to be constantly upgraded, just means allow it to feel user customizable like jotform.
