I run a cleaning company and am considering hiring someone overseas to handle calls, messages, and emails. However, I’m uncertain about the process of forwarding business calls and texts to their phone, especially since my business is already established with a specific phone number. How can I efficiently forward calls and texts for them to respond to overseas?

Who is the provider for your phone number? They might have some configuration that you can set up.

Also, I’m curious - how much is your overseas assistant going to cost? I’m the CTO of a company that uses AI to handle SMS texts 24/7. It can set up appointments, ask for reviews, answer questions, follow-up with past clients, etc. And our base plan (100 customers) is only $125/mo.

I recommend using a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service like Google Voice or RingCentral. These platforms let you forward calls and texts internationally.
