Any tips for finding an app dev that will work part time for equity?

I’m looking for an app dev to work for equity and maybe pay. The app MVP is already developed and currently the fully fictionally app is being developed. I need a CTO essentially for any bugs to come and updates. Was thinking LinkedIn, or tech shows, any other ideas?
