I’m assuming this is a very common question on the thread, but I am interested in starting my own business, hence why I want to go down the LLC route. I’ve read on the internet that you can create one on your own without hassle, but heard it would be beneficial to involve a lawyer/accountant to provide the support and assistance.
Personally, I do not have much experience dealing with small businesses or what not, so I was thinking of getting advise from one of those professionals.
I used https://www.zenbusiness.com/ twice. no complaints.
It’s easy, do it yourself imo.
It’s extremely easy to do yourself on the SOS website.
The reason an attorney is helpful is to determine if that path is ideal. But if you’ve already decided on it, then you can do it yourself.
It depends.
One person LLC? Sure grab a form online and do it yourself.
More than one person or possibly adding some in the future? A lawyer is probably a good idea.
in most states you can register online…its $75 here in my state, NO laywer needed…a lawyer will just charge you $750 for doing the same thing.
Creating an LLC is easy enough. Knowing IF you should create an LLC is the harder part.
