I just realized I made it to $500K ARR in 3 months for my startup.
But I’m thinking of selling before it get’s too big. I’ve always wanted to sell a small business in my life.
Any tips on the best way to do that?
I’ve written a few backstory posts on Twitter for those that are interested: https://twitter.com/enias/status/1729458928897912853
Aquire for genuine buyer and Flippa for lowball offer.
Try Loopnet
Acquire.com fits the bill, I think.
What kind of business is it?
You don’t. This is a flash in the pan type of business.
Only three months of history and being an ai girlfriend gonna scare off most buyers and get a terrible multiple. Maybe 1x revenue or 3x profits.
If you don’t want to keep running the business. Just do the bare minimum for the next year and you’ll make more than that.
That being said you should try aquire . com
