    A bit about me, I’m a Big 4 chartered accountant, moved into corporate finance (renewable asset buying/selling/financing), most recently being running my own private investment partnership and am based in Europe.     So where I’m located scams are on the rise in a very big way and they often start out like this and build trust over a period of time before pulling the pin. Not saying OP is going to but if anyone is going to take this one to DM I’d just say be careful with your money people, it never seems like a scam until you can’t get them dollar dollars back!

      I appreciate the reminder, despite the potential negative impact of this comment on my search for a suitable partner. However, by taking necessary precautions and maintaining a clear mindset, no one can scam you. I am also taking a risk myself in seeking a partner from another country.
