We are growing fast and need a warehouse manager for our 10,000sqft warehouse. We are an audio video company doing concerts and events. Really busy for 6 months and then pretty dead for 6 months. The job will be responsible for scheduling warehouse labor, supervising them and getting shows pulled and packed into trucks.
Does anyone have a reference for this?
Most industries have national and regional trade associations that conduct annual operator surveys and use the data to develop industry benchmarks.
This would include data on sales volumes, revenues, operating costs, number of employees, wages, advertising methods, services offered, etc.
