Seriously this is infuriating.
They say “we need to evaluate the case”. And mind you, they charge money FOR THE EVALUATION. But won’t give an approximate final price, only after the (paid) evaluation.
This drives me crazy, I hate businesses that do this
You kind of sound like the person who would hold a business to a number if they came in over an estimate and expect a rebate if they came in under estimate.
