Been in the photo booth industry for nearly 10 years and generate $400k annually (set to do over half a mil by 2024) in the wedding and events space. Congrats! What was the most challenging part of the start-up process?
Doing everything solo. Would love to have a team for my next venture. But mostly getting customers. Always find your customers BEFORE starting a business.
