My co-founders and I are building a small company trying to help small businesses tackle annoying admin tasks that no one wants to it, but has to.

My problem is I have no connections in the space. I need to find the most “hair on fire” problem but can’t find enough owners to talk to. Anyone else run into this and could steer me towards what they did when starting a business?

I’ve tried offering $10 coffee cards, but most people don’t answer emails these days.

Connecting with small business owners to understand their pain points and validate your product idea can be challenging, especially when starting from scratch. Here are some effective strategies to reach out to potential customers and gather valuable insights:

    1. online communities and forums

    2. Attend industry events and conferences

    3. Utilize social media platforms

Firstly try those strategies and then go with others.
