Hi guys,
I have never asked any questions up here, but now I’m kinda stuck in this dilemma.
We have just established a subsidiary company in Australia. The nation is going through a very significant development and we all see the potential in this market as a steel manufacturer. Our strategy is to be an alternative supplier to traditional Chinese fabricators, for the market to be more competitive and reduce political risks.
The company is quite new and there have not been many “supply” packages around, therefore, we have not received any “RFP” or “RFQ” so we do not know exactly what the requirements are and pricing strategy.
What I want to ask you guys is a method to get a sample of a previous packages to understand the procurement method or pricing sample so we would be able to position ourselves accordingly.
Really need some guidance on this, feel free to leave comment. Many thanks in advance!

Not sure about Australia, but governmental projects where I am are subject to public information requests. Maybe you can look at some recent government projects and get an idea. Otherwise, probably consultants.
