Hey first off thanks everyone that always give great advice! So I have a brick and mortar gym and am in the process of going fully online before selling the gym as is. For those in any space that has transitions they brick and mortar to online fully. What was your process, any setbacks or roadblocks you incurred that you didn’t see coming ? How are you liking it now ?
