Hello, I’m just hoping someone can help me. I run an online business and all was fine and was using Adyen for my payment gateway. But all of a sudden they didn’t allow my business no longer and now I have no payment gateway except for PayPal. I have tried stripe, square, and many others but they all decline me. No idea why this is as I know people with the exact same business model as myself and they have no issues using stripe and stuff? I haven’t even had any chargebacks / disputes. This is majorly effecting my business. Thank you

Where do you operate? You must have been doing good volume if you’re on adyen

Have you had a problem with cancellations and chargebacks? A business I used to do work with had too many chargebacks which ultimately resulted in payment processors ceasing doing business with them.

Well I see you’re selling courses maybe switch to a platform like whop.com.

They will take a cut but at least you could still process payments.

Another option would be to setup a new entity. And make new applications with a different email & IP.

There is a database that payment providers share with each other. Once some of them put it into it, you are done. I have seen this, a website game, selling in game products was fine for years. Than paypal suddently banned the account for no reason, no explanation. Since than it was always the same scenario, every payment provider first started the process and at the later stage declined, without telling the reason. That company has also a problem with setting new bank accounts too.
