I live within walking distance of a major stadium. Property managers in the area will rent out their spaces for $150-$250 month if their tenants choose not to pay for the space. I’m considering renting a space, possibly trying to get a deal by paying a 12 month lump sum, and then renting out the space for when the stadium is hosting events. Does anyone have experience doing something like this?

i think your case is unique because you have to pay for the spot, therefore there is a risk of paying more than you actually make. i personally don’t think its worth it unless you got a really good deal on the parking spot
