I’m currently in the process of ordering custom MMA shorts for my martial arts club and have turned to Alibaba for suppliers. I’ve sent out a detailed FRQ (Formal Request for Quotations) with our specifications and have received some promising responses. The product models shown in the photos align perfectly with what we’re looking for. However, there’s a catch.

Almost all the suppliers who have responded are based in Pakistan. They claim to have been active on Alibaba for around 6 years, yet they have zero reviews on their profiles. This raises a red flag for me, and I’m trying to navigate this situation cautiously to avoid any potential scams.

I would really appreciate any advice or experiences you might have regarding Verifying Supplier Authenticity, Safe Payment Practices Quality Assurance, and Red Flags to Look Out For.

Any insights, tips, or personal experiences would be extremely helpful. I want to ensure that we get the best quality MMA shorts for our club without falling prey to any scams.

    I just ordered for the first time from Alibaba for my small youth volleyball program. First thing I came accords doing vendor research is make sure they are a verified seller and that the transaction qualified for trade assurance.

    In my case I choose a vendor that had both and aside from a delivery delay I received my order. I didn’t had to do anything on my end for delivery it was door to door as expected.
