So I have been building a mushroom farm and im look to produce 60-80lb of gourmets mushrooms and eventually move to produce 200lb for wholesale. I plan to start an LLC and make a proper buisness out of this.
How would I look to get additional funding for this? I live in the state of Florida; so I was looking into agricultural grants to be able to afford a truck, trailer and a few peices of equipment I need to operate at a larger scale.
Any tips or help would be appreciated
Department of Agriculture has SBA-like loan programs for folks and businesses located in rural areas.
Similar to SBA, you will need collateral (land, bldg., assets) and personal guarantee.
