I don’t know if i am posting on a wrong subreddit but i genuinely need help.

I make these kind of 3d animation videos for 20 something dollars, this one person messages me and says he needs a tshirt and hoodie video, i made him a logo video for just 8 dollars as he was launching his brand, logo video does not require 3d modeling. Now when he asked me to make a T-shirt and Hoodie video he says can you make it for 10 dollars and says another artist makes the same for 5 dollars, all my other clients never negotiate because i am giving really good quality for such less price. Tshirt and hoodie videos are costly because i have to make the 3d model and place their given design on the model, it takes too much time and energy to model and rendering time is almost 4-5 hours. What should i reply to them?

    Tell him “$5 is a great deal and I can’t beat that price. Thanks for the opportunity to bid. Goodbye.”

    This demonstrates a very important small business lesson: there IS some business you don’t want. The people who try to nickel and dime you will be the worst customers.

    Businesses on average lose money on 10% of customers. By ditching this goober that you would lose money on YOU WILL SIMULTANEOUSLY INCREASE PROFITS AND REDUCE WORKLOAD.
