Mens rea, if they dont know they cant be sued. Their prohibit illegal items so its purely on the sender. Pharmacies was a completely different story and thats on them because they knew the harm and actively made it worse on purpose.
You just gave me an idea: could USPS be sued for aiding theft and patent infringement, just like pharmacies were sued for distributing opioids?
