I want to open a mix store
mostly products I handmade and products I Resell.
I want to start off in instagram but I’m scared of charged backs on online order. I don’t want to pay Etsy fees but what’s the best “ first “ started on selling online ? Make my own websites ? Or shopify ( its 35 $ a month) how Do i safely sell on Etsy and receive online orders ?
i only sold through ebay personal products and it gets auto printed but they side a lot with buyers …
any guidance came help. After I sell my first batch then ill be growing to larger inventory and mainly focusing outlet through instagram, twitter and if I have to facebook. While working my main job.
Big Cartel is more affordable than Shopify. But it has less support via its own app ecosystem.
That said you can integrate just about anything if you ever need to.
For hand made stuff it should be super simple to spin up a website using one of their templates
