Hello, Believe in or not, I am a 16 yr old exotic car broker with a Ferrari Enzo, 911 Classic edition and a Chiron 110th Ann sales under my belt. I want to extend my business even further and even teach and employ some of my friends and start a small firm. Anyone with experience in the brokerage industry. Any tips?

Not the advice you’re looking for but I figured I’d might let you know something. Don’t employ friends unless you’re willing to lose them later on. They will expect favors because they think they’re equal to you. They lose that footing when they work for you. So unless you’re willing to lose them, don’t go into business with friends.
