There’s a space near me that I dream of buying. My town has a Civic Center, but it’s mostly for the ice rink. I would partition this (but have a communal lobby) to rent out maker space, host an art gallery, maybe a rock wall gym, regular gym, community greenhouse and offer classes, real hippie shit.
