I live in Japan. I plan to start a Japanese language school with my Japanese business partner and enroll foreign students. We also intend to provide housing facilities and part-time jobs for the students.

But I have no idea how to connect that with other countries. especially Europe, Australia, and America. If anyone is interested in this please let me know

Doesn’t need a new business model to be a startup l. And it’s refreshing to hear someone not talk about yet another another cash burning tech co approaching their “MVP”.

Language schools will be a lot of referrals. You also want to build a community behind your program. Pub nights, activities, people will want to meet other foreigners and expats

I do enjoy language learning. I have seen tons of services and apps ( /r/languagelearning is a great place, I was incredibly active there).
Learners admit that standard “class” environment is not so good for them.

Pub nights, activities, people will want to meet other foreigners and expats

      CAC could be high.

Well, that was more about searching. If you know the market, if you run your language school, you see all the variety.

Scaling is possible - but not always. The very first initial period of covid quarantine did bring many many new customers.
