Im interested in creating a pop-up sandwich place, but am too broke to buy a food truck or any real investment🙁 truly just trying this out to have some fun and try something new.
What would be first steps in terms of licensing/making sure I’m not breaking any laws/do I need insurance??

Depends completely on your state and city. Where I live, all prepping areas have to be licensed and inspected. A lot of the food truck people pay churches to use their licensed kitchens for prep work. Do a lot of research, anything related to food is a very brutal market.
