Im interested in creating a pop-up sandwich place, but am too broke to buy a food truck or any real investment🙁 truly just trying this out to have some fun and try something new.
What would be first steps in terms of licensing/making sure I’m not breaking any laws/do I need insurance??

Establishing a pop up shop is going to be difficult due to licensing and food safety regulations.
Look at your state and county regulations and talk with someone who is doing what you want to do.
