looking for input from other fellow small business owners, how much are you paying for tools that automated your collection of google reviews? not fake generated ones, I know there are a few companies doing this at US $299 +
automated as in, following up via text and emails to get a review from clients.

    I recently added a line at the bottom of our automated receipt that gets emailed to the client when they are checked out after their service that says something like “Happy with your service? Please consider leaving us a Google review. “ The link to leave the review is also there.

    I’ve heard you aren’t supposed to do this but I have a sign in the building (we are brick and mortar) that says “Leave us Google review for $5 off of your next session”

    We send out a monthly newsletter and at the bottom of the newsletter the links are accessible in case someone wants to leave a review.

    I hate Yelp so I always ask for Google or FB reviews.

    We are a very small service based business in a very small town for context.
