I’m interested in hearing what people’s preferences are for primary calls to action on their website.

Basically every small business outside of North America seems to push users to text/WhatsApp while the US and Canada seem to really push form and phone-centric mode of initial engagement with inbound leads.

I get this will differ vastly across industries, but I’d like to hear what’s worked for whom, why you think your method is best, and if this is even something you think/care about.

    Form/text. I’ve noticed of myself and people in my circle’s generally hate phone calls.

    I’ve also seen people add an appt scheduling app to their website & let people actually schedule their free consult from your selected time slots. Generally these will give an option between phone call or video call.
