Hi there fellow entrepreneurs!

I’m kinda pivoting my business for connecting worldwide workers with companies and struggling with figuring out what value to provide for companies.

I was wondering if you’d be willing to share what are your biggest problems when hiring ?

Especially if you’re outsourcing or hiring workforce from different country (but I’m also happy to hear what problems with hiring are you facing in general, doesn’t have to be necessarily this niche).

What kind of service or software do you think would really help you out with that problem ?

    From my experience the main pain points faced would be lack of time, no in-house HR, high costs involved, do not understand overseas HR law, cultural barriers, and of course sourcing the best candidate for the job.

    Have you considered asking your current clients what they need to understand what value you can provide?
