My business does shopping/delivery for senior adults. Sometimes they hand us a physical list, but often their caretaker wants to send it to us digitally (email). The latter is better, because we document it digitally anyway. I’m looking for a client portal solution where I can assign a new form to each client each week. On the form, they can type their list.

Copilot can do this (I set up a free trial today). However, once the client submits the form, it can’t be edited. That’s going to lead to so many calls of wanting to add something they forgot… something I want to eliminate. Unfortunate, because even through Copilot is ugly, I love the functionality. It allows you to click into a client and see all pasts lists/forms.

Something like Jotform does allow clients to edit a form, plus you can set a form link expiration date — that’s perfect (we cut off request changes 12 hours before delivery). But the history functionality is messy. You can’t see all forms by client. Rather, you can only see all submissions per form. Too time consuming.

Are there any options that combine these three things? Assign form to client, form can be edited, form is stored to client profile.

Thanks for any insight & suggestions!
