Build a series of connected boardwalks/lookouts and reforest and plant native species and then charge a fortune to photographers and event planners that want a kickass outdoor space. All you need is bathrooms, parking, and some sort of pavilion for bad weather. I’ve seen this done specifically and it made gangbuster loot
