Is it okay to use for example $300 in Amex Pts to buy airfare for business purposes and then withdraw $300 from the business checking as airfare expense?
As others have written: it is only an expense if there was an expense (use of monetary funds). CC Points used are not considered expenses any more than using a gift card to purchase something is considered an expense. The purchasing of the gift card could be an expense, but not using it.
