Just solo managing everything? Taxes, laws, supply, execution whatever… ? One man (or woman) teams?

I’m running a real estate appointment booking agency where i also design website and landing page if needed and i have designed my website too.

I do the ads work and only have 2 appointment setter before that i had been doing by myself alone.
