We just came out of beta so customer engagement isn’t a HUGE burden yet. Marketing is a massive effort for this cause it always has to be really good, we are a marketing support service, after all! I manage the P&L but have a partner who gets in there every so often to make sure it’s all good. For taxes that’s too scary so I spring for an accountant lol. Small company so it doesn’t cost too much.
