Home Improvement Consultant: Working with the homeowners on contractor selection, vendor communication.
Use Case: Client wants to finish their basement, but doesn’t have the industry knowledge or time to research to make the right decision. Client also doesn’t feel like putting the time in to talk to / coordinate with all contractors.
This company would call the flooring guy, electrician guy, plumber guy, entertainment guy and piece the basement together for the homeowner and they would manage the process from beginning to end.
Average cost to finish a basement? $15K-$75K, let’s call it $40K. 15% of $40K for a 6K profit. Price goes from $40K to $46K and the homeowner doesn’t have to deal with it.
$6K x 24 per year = $144K
