Sadly shutting down our startup. I’m afraid to lose years of emails and documents, some important and related to data we may need in the future.
Is there a way to easily export to an external drive? Everything I read suggests exporting folder by folder, which will be incredibly painstaking and doesn’t even cover all the email.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you are using google g-suite that is an export function in the admin tools.
