As the title explains, I am collecting responses from SMB owners on repetitive/tedious tasks that take up more time than it’s supposed to on a daily basis. For example, responding to emails, calls, setting appointments, delegating employees etc. Would appreciate your valuable feedback!
The majority of this sub has become people doing market research for a product or service and has absolutely nothing to do with running a small business. It’s the same over in r/entrepreneur and it’s to the point of making the subs useless.
Mods can you enforce a “no data collection/market research” rule please? All these posts defeat the entire point of why we gather here. 🤷
