    I really like the idea, our company has hired social media managers to manage what we post in different social media channels and this would definitely save them so much time, to have a social media hub.
    Some thoughts/Questions:

    1. Have you considered Gen AI for the responses, something like write?
    2. The website I feel like needs a lot of work, has alot of text and some things didn’t seem to fit in the with the design of the whole website i.e. the text on the mac, i think is a different font. I would also recommend maybe have a demo video play.
    3. Maybe worth integrating with customer feedback websites like yelp or trustpilot?

      1. Chat Breezes is primarily designed for the pre-sale stage, where we emphasize the value of genuine human interaction. We will integrate with Gen AI to give users some suggested response but it still need users to click the “send” button.

      3. You know what, yelp and trustpilot are on our roadmap. However, we have CRM feature on hand right now. After we finish that, we will integrate more, such as WooCommerce, Yelp and other messaging platforms.
