Hi all! I really want to open a small pop up event to sell boba drinks. Do you guys have any advice on how to start and where to start? I want to start off at farmer’s markets and then holiday events. I’ve gone to a couple pop ups and really enjoyed it and I really want to try something new. I’d appreciate your guys’ advice.
I’m curious how this would work regarding the machines I see used at boba shops. From what I know, the boba pearls have to be made, would you do that at the pop up? Would you also have that machine that puts the plastic lid on the cups? How quickly could make a drink for someone? I would assume you’d have to be pretty quick, I don’t think pop up markets are really a place people can be waiting around for a drink, especially if you gather a line.
That said, I’d love to come across a boba cart at a farmers market type of place! I do love boba.
