I love doing projects, but I think about my project too much during the day. I have responsibilities in my life and I can’t do the project all day. And if I can’t do the project, I can’t sleep at night, sometimes I itch so much. I think too much during the day and my brain almost stops and I cannot achieve other goals, what should I do, how can I stop this?
