Hi, I wanna start a meal prep business in Las Vegas and needed some general advice.

I have my own menu that I believe sets it apart from other meal prep.

I had/have plans of running it outa my home in the beginning, until I can afford a business space. I just don’t know where to go from here. How do I start? Do I need insurance? I just don’t know where to begin from the business aspects. Any and all advice is appreciated

    If you believe your menu sets it apart from other meal prep that much, what happens if you quickly exceed the capacity of running out of your home?

    You may have to turn away customers and potentially loyal customers as in repeat business. Then you would need to direct your attention towards affording a space.

    So, you would have two major issues to deal plus operate business day-to-day.

    Have you tested your products someplace to get an idea of potential sales?

      I have not. Where would I test a product like meals prepping? I cook for my family all the time and everyone enjoys it and goes back for more
