How many hours a day/week are you working on your business?

I started my company two years ago in my cousins garage. After a LOT of hard work and an average 10-14hr days, we’ve grossed over $1.6million this year with a profit of just over $385k.

I feel pretty good about this but I’m curious how much other entrepreneurs are working. Is a 50-60hr workweek normal while building a business?

    I started working 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week. Now with a larger team I struggle to find things to do so I normally work 2-3 hours a day and coordinate/plan 4-5 extra hours (which i don’t consider work work).
