I’m having quite a time finding what I’m looking for… hopefully by explaining what it is I’m looking for someone here can assist…

My wife recently started a handmade crafts shop. It’s already doing well, and due to the type of crafts she makes it’ll never scale very large just because everything is so time consuming to make. But there are enough orders coming in where it’s becoming difficult to keep track of everything…

right now orders come in from a combination of places… facebook, instagram, etsy. so the system will likely be manual input which is fine. we’d like to put the orders into this system mostly for tracking purposes. it’d be nice to track on here how much the product sold for and how much it cost to create.

shes spending hundreds in supplies and while I know shes making more than shes spending its difficult to attribute what is bought to what sale.

we’ve used quickbooks in the past and aren’t interested in something that complex. we just need something maybe a little more advanced than an excel spreadsheet lol.

anyone have any suggestions or maybe something you might have used running a similar biz.
